Return & Exchange

At Panna, we take great care in inspecting and packing our products. However, if a case arises where you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we'll be glad to rectify the problem or exchange the product. Our Return Policy is designed to assist you with your return.

Discounted Stock Policy:

  • No return or exchange on discounted products or promotional campaigns.
  • The order may be delayed due to sale.
Return Policy

Fresh & Non-Discounted products can be returned/exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery. Exchange and return allowed in case of fresh & non-discounted sarees and unstitched suits within 7 days from the date of delivery. For readymades, Kurtis, and Lehengas, return/exchange will only be allowed in case of delivery of incorrect size. In case that the item(s) is damaged or a different (style code/size/color only) from ordered, we shall either exchange the product or provide you with a credit note refund. Wherever exchange is not possible, we will provide you with a credit note applicable for up to 6 months (maximum). This credit note can be redeemed for a fresh online/offline purchase, within the validity period. No cash refunds will be made.

Return Intimation

You can send an email to us at thepannagroup@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket no. or AWB No. and Reason for Return) should be shared with the customer support by email as well.

Guidelines for a valid return:
  • Product, stitched or unstitched, should be in original condition.
  • Tags should be retained and returned.
  • The products must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged.
  • NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE on SALE/DISCOUNT PRODUCTS on PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS.
  • Original Tax Invoice should be included with the return.
  • Return and exchange postage costs will be at your expense. We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Panna.s
  • Store purchases cannot be returned or refunded online.
  • No return/exchange will be done for customized and stitched products.

Panna reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the above return requirements are not met.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your online order anytime before the product has been shipped. In case of cancellation, your entire order amount will be refunded.
